The Obsidian Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey and James Mallory is a one of the best fantasy trilogies I’ve read! Each book can stand completely on its own, and together, it’s pure masterpiece! The character development is fantastic and completely believable and was difficult to put down. I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what was so great about this trilogy, but it was a pure pleasure to read.

Book 1: The Outstretched Shadow Book

In ‘The 4-Hour Workweek,’ Ferriss encourages us to enjoy life right now and says that if you work for someone else until you’re old enough to retire, you’re doing it all wrong. Ferris outlines how anyone can get off of the fast track, travel, and passively earn 5 figures a month, and enjoy life.

Everyone not 100% satisfied with their job or life should stop everything and get this ‘The Four Hour Work Week‘ immediately! If you are always searching for the “perfect” job or are never fully content with your situation, what have you got to lose by testing a couple of the unconventional methods outlined in this book? Some of the ideas may seem a bit far fetched, but many are simple to try. If you don’t feel have the constant cal of entrepreneurship, at you’ll still learn a great deal about traveling and prioritizing your life.

I think about all of the plans and ambitions I had for my life, and the ones that actually materialized, are the ones that I had a clear vision/idea of them, and I had actually started to plan how I would finally taste success. If I’d discovered ‘The Four Hour Work Week,’ ten years ago, Matthew and I would be in a totally different place right now. We are very happy and truly enjoy each other’s company, but…imagine how happy we would be with an additional $10,000-$25,000 passive monthly income! That’s a mind-blowing thought!

Everyone says they want to live like millionaires, but the sad truth is that most people don’t believe they can. Since most of us were raised believing that you only get anywhere by working hard your entire life, Ferris’ concepts are hard to grasp for some. I think that’s because we’ve all been told from a very early age that ‘if if were that easy, everyone would do it’ or ‘if it hasn’t been done before, its not worth the effort.’ But let’s get real: if everyone had that kind of attitude, I wouldn’t be able to type on this little gizmo called a MacBook to post this blog on a tiny discovery called the internet!

We all owe it to ourselves to buy ‘The Four Hour Work Week‘ because you will highlight, dog ear, and write in the margins. You can purchase it for less than a movie and popcorn for two and it could potentially change your entire life within a year!

You can buy ‘The Four Hour Work Week‘ here:

See you in Italy!
